Medical Animatics and Community Health Network partner to educate patients on weight loss surgery; “Hollywood-style” animation aimed at increasing better outcomes
 Surgical weight loss is a complex process that can help people live better, healthier and longer. But in order to make sure patients understand their upcoming procedure and their post-surgery lives, Medical Animatics, LLC and Community Health Network are offering a first-of-its-kind program combining education and informed consent that is expected to ultimately improve patient outcomes and adoption of healthier lifestyle choices.
Patients can access the new multimedia program from any computer with Internet access. It combines cutting-edge medical animation, video, audio narration and interactive programming into an easy-to-use interactive design. Free Information Session
Bariatric services also offers free surgical weight loss information sessions for persons interested in learning more about bariatric surgery. The sessions are presented by a board-certified surgeon who is a member of American Society of Bariatric Surgery (ASBS).
